They have the money to sue. Get performers behind them. They have a case. Obviously it would probably end in a settlement, but a nice one i bet.

Dude, they are one of the biggest porn sites in the world and they promoted themselves on a social network used by millions of kids... You must be crazy to think they are going to win anything using the free speech or discrimination (LOL) argument

I am surprised that IG let someone create a profile called "pornhub" in the first place.

Remember their ads in Times Square? That would be illegal in many EU countries including those porn friendly ones. You can't advertise porn in front of kids. For years, they didn't even have a warning page - making porn available in public places accessible to kids can get you in jail for up to 3 years in Czechia, the European porn center (and 5 years in case of intent to make large financial gain) - that's why all adult sites owned by local companies use those warning pages. My point is the norms are different in the rest of the world and companies (including social networks) need to obey them if they want to do business there.

PH is pushing the limits all the time, fuck them. We need responsible companies, not shitbags like this.

But yeah... having porn performers behind them makes it a strong case for sure
