Support specialist (full time job)
Job description:- Moderate video/photo/text content for the website;
- Handle and resolve customer complaints;
- Report abnormal increase in complaints to the management team.
Requirements for candidates:- Excellent English skills (Native English speaker is a plus);
- Content moderation experience;
- Sufficient IT background;
- Good Russian skills;
- Ability to work flex hours (nights and weekends);
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Online Customer Support experience;
- Able to work legally in EU without the need to obtain a work permit. (The candidate must have an EU work permit.)
