It was a Warren Zevon song and a joke.

Male performers are just as important as the female ones. But, you do not see anyone humanizing them.
As a matter of fact, porn talent is almost always dehumanized.
Amelia; check Wiktor Grodecki's "Body Without Soul" when you have a chance.
Porn, in theory -- it's a good thing... however, just like anything else in life.. everything depends on how you execute it. You can choose to work with troubled souls looking for a way out of a dark spot, or you can choose to work with like-minded adults who want the same thing as you do.
Also; porn can mean a lot of different things... some people classify anything adult as porn, even though what you do is technically art -- and erotica, as well. Whereas some of it is downright filmed abuse, and wouldn't ever pass an actual content review in a normal country (not talking about those overseas content reviews that the billers do).
