Porn can be consensual and dignified, and fair -- as well. What makes it have the reputation that it has are those that prey on the vulnerable (much like in every other industry, except -- porn attracts all sorts of sleazebags who hide behind the camera, or film themselves abusing vulnerable people), and if you disagree, then, perhaps... let someone film you in 4K doing sexual acts either in a gangbang, or a bukkake, and see how you feel about it being connected to your real life identity with a few simple Google searches, and then tell me how we shouldn't stop the presses over some porn whore.

I really wish I lived in your reality.

My reality is a lot more... heh. Point being, there are those that can consent, and understand the consequences, and there are those that simply cannot give consent, and just because they appear to be consenting adults to whatever bumfuck country the merchant is using to review the content doesn't mean that the said content would ever pass the review in a normal country.

But, sure... if you outsource it to countries in Eastern Europe where it's completely normal to treat women like property (much like in the Middle East), then you know very well that anything short of actual abuse will pass the review (so long as it passes the other checks as well) but you get the point.

Everything is consensual until they have a baby, and don’t tell their husband about their past, until he finds out, of course, and guess who they blame? Suddenly, they were taken advantage of, mislead, never “explained” any of the details. It’s all too common, and it reminds of “as good as it gets,” and that epic line from Jack.

That being said, you’re essentially reducing everything to marxism. People have to live with their decisions. Life doesn’t give you mulligans. They are implementing what you are saying with “restorative justice” in NY, LA, Chicago, Portland, etc. how’s that working out? We make decisions. Some last a lifetime, and unless they are being lied to, e.g., GDP, there is no excuse. There is no way that they are not aware of the consequences in the tik tok, youtube influencer, biosphere and cancel culture hive-mind that has been present since at least 2014, at least in it’s current iteration. That’s that. Stop red washing it.
