You might name the next ad network and negative post. Ask yourself how did your site grow? Did it grow or just added some rubbish traffic. I wouldn't be trying if not going to get resolution for present issues. Would you pay more for traffic if quality drops? I would just move on i have no experience with the network but better business would be to move on if not satisfied so you can test traffic elsewhere and see how it performs.
