There are many providers out there that offer APIs to deliver mass payouts to your creators' bank account, card or any other payment method.
Dwolla, Payoneer, Paxum, Capitalist are just a few. I'm sure sites like Fansly simply have a system that checks every day to see who has a pending payout. Then it creates the list of payees and pays everyone in a mass payout.
