You post a definition without your opinion or theory, which means you have absolutely no idea what it means, correct? If you knew anything you'd know that greater fool is with any exchange, whether it be $1.29 cash with a bean burrito at Taco Bell, an Apple share with $150, or buying any asset at whatever market value.
