It's very unforgiving. Things that would barely throw a warning in PHP 7 are now a fatal error. Honestly, I hate it with a passion. I wasn't even properly finished hating 8.1 and 8.2 has come out
The next update is compatible with 8.1, probably 8.2 but there's no ioncube loader for that yet. Overall there is alot of stuff that they broke in older scripts that didn't really NEED to be broken.

Hit me up and I can show you the backend. Most people haven't really done anything besides change colors and logos. I have a new design ready for the next update which should be out shortly after new years. It's pretty much ready now, I just didn't want to release it during the holidays when we're all less available for support.
