Thanks for your response though. You are 100% correct and we were discussing this. The Panama corp would end up being a holding corp and have to own a American corp to get a bank for CC processing anyways.
Back when they had the adult webmasters conferance in panama more then 10+ years ago many content providers claimed to be based out of here. I wonder who is left?

My only thought it is, getting credit card processing with a PA corp won't happen, so you'll be forming US/EU companies for that anyway. At that point your Panamanian holding/operating corp is already a step removed from adult content. |
