not the whole country but it's whole villages of gypsy communities getting rich off sending their youngsters to western countries to extort huge sums of money by stealing, scamming, prostitution, selling drugs, etc... also they keep building all these abandoned castles to extort every available money support from their own government, check out that shit... (not all abandoned though, they live in some of them)
