The reason why I am looking to sell is because sadly a close family member fell ill and I no longer have the time to invest into the site. In the past 5 months since I stopped really focusing on the website, traffic has dropped from 3K users a day to a few hundred a day.
I did stop taking payment for the website so it currently is making £0, but I think someone can take it over and make £10,000 a month easy especially if they added a directory feature.
The website costs £6 a month to host. That is the only expense. £0 has been put into advertising and I grew the site in a year to this size.
