CyberSEO pro is not an adult-specific plugin. It's an universal one. When adult was alive (personally I consider it dead for about last 15 years), most of my customers were from the adult niche. Now most of my customers are from mainstream and the code I do is also for mainstream.
I'm a WordPress coder and it doesn't matter for me which exactly niche to code for...
