True vr would at this stage be computer soft wear, where the computer generates a full world, that where you move your head you with a headset get a different version both left and right to give depth. And as you move your head the view changes. Also the sound would have to match. So if someone is speaking on your left, that you hear them on your left with a tiny delay hitting your right ear. But once you look at them the sound should sound as if the person is in front of you. Of course this takes a huge amount of processing power and data.
