Is it legal to withdraw cash from an ATM with Paxum card (UnionPay) here in the UK? Will financial monitoring be interested in me if I withdraw 10000 gbp per month for example? I think I should pay taxes. I'm here more than 6 months, so I guess I should be a tax resident already here. In fact, I don't mind paying taxes, I just don't know how to do it right.
