I do agree with you that we're ONLY getting one side of the story - for all we know he did break some rules and simply isn't telling us hoping to create a stink on the boards. It's the only advice I can give at this time assuming he's not done anything wrong.

Thanks for the reply. I have always played by the rules. I was making promos, trailers, videos, galleries, generating new sales and rebills for years when they were using ccbill, one day they changed to epoch who only payed to the sponsor and not to the affiliate, so they told me they will pay my part via paypal, ok, i trusted them i keep working. But their payments were slow, slow and then one day they stopped paying. Now they say they are closing the paysite. But, they havent payed the accumulated debt (money that they received in full but prefered not to pay my part).
Anyway, i guess the only thing i can do is move on.
The content i have is the one i have been working with for years to make promos and trailers, years of content. Is a kind of amateur-style content that is not easy to find. Similar to what texasbukkake was trying to do. Mostly amateur women, mostly matures and milfs, not many or any professional pornstars.
So, the content is good, but as i dont have docs and now i dont have any contact with the sponsor i simply was thinking in a naive way that i could make something useful with it.
