In any case, it is a top domain and it may make sense for top 5 adult companies, some big mainstream or gambling companies, etc... Just to have the domain itself, it is true that it is a rare opportunity of 3 letters com domain.
But the word cannot be trademarked, the domain will not rank well in google for the main keyword.
And a suspicious thing is that they advertise on the sales page that all content creators are manually verified which makes it the safest site on the internet for adult content. It would be nice to know how much of the traffic is type-in and how much is organic... I'm sure that a lot of the organic traffic they have is from the old pin board user submission that they still have available. Something that whoever buys the domain will probably have to knock down and the millions of urls end up deindexed in a matter of months...
