I was promised that support would resolve my billing issue by the end of today. WELL... they lied again.
1st they couldn't process my credit card so I was told to use Bitcoin.
2nd The phone number on their site is either disabled or fake.
3rd The live chat support is most likely the owner and disconnects you when you ask too many questions. (See screen cap)
I sent them what I thought was the full amount but somehow that's not what appeared in their account. All I wanted was to talk to someone to make sure that everything was OK before I sent them more.
Hostblast has privacy enabled but I'm wondering if an email to the registrar might help reveal who they are. But I don't know how I should go about explaining this problem in a way that might yield some positive results for me.
I wish I had gotten a better screen cap but you'll notice that when I asked for their actual phone number and their time zone I was disconnected.
