Each movement causes them. Unless you're not moving but your eyes provide a movement to your brain. CONFLICT. Then your brain takes it as possible poisoning.
Sight is not just seeing. There's a lot more to it. After you'll read one of those books, your doubts will vanish. :-)

They found that common concerns associated with VR headsets were headaches or nausea. However, in some studies, adults were more likely to report having negative experiences following VR headset use (headache, eye strain, neck soreness, etc.) than were children.
