It would be pretty much standard practise to just get an accountant to do it on your behalf - Not only will the register the company for you / on your behalf but will also advise you and setup everything you need for covering your tax liability.
There's nothing that says that you HAVE to use an accountant to set up a company. Its more a case of why wouldn't you?

when running a business, you want all your tax, vat & paperwork done right and an accountant does it right
