A video a week it's not that easy to do. It takes time to record, edit, add subtitles, create the thumbnail, etc. To me, its just a hobby (for now).

I would actually hire some outsourced help to do the editing, adding captions, etc.
Successful YT channels usually have a number of people (a team) getting the content out. Unless, that is, if you have a format that allows for easy editing (guy in front of camera with a microphone, etc). With your format (excellent video btw) it would definitely take more time but you can streamline that with outsourced help. I would do say three more immediately to test if you can recreate the success of the above video. If so then hire a Team and rock it man!!!
