and sideboobs. so far as the diet goes i actually eat everything except bread and dairy. i forget to mention no juice or soda. majority of people are fat because they drink soda, then try to get 'healthy' by drinking juice which is usually worse. or even worse they make smoothies with a blender full of fruits (+100g sugars fuck!) because they saw it on youtube or some airport juice bar. if you notice everyone on jamba juice, smoothie shops, airport planet smoothies or whatever is super fat with sausage arms. its the fruit in the sugar.
diet soda only (coke zero, etc) and absolutely no juice, unless im sugar deficient from running. thailand here they have fruit shakes at the market but i burn them off so quickly being on foot patrol/motorbike all the time
also to mention: ride motorycle lots. sport bikes you burn same calories as running, about 600 calories per hour on a small CC jap bike because you have to ride them hard to keep up with traffic. sport bikes (not cruisers or choppers) burn tons of calories just by doing the tuck, shifting, etc its a full body workout
and for the protein powder, get a brand with low sugar (1g or less per scoop) and NO CREATINE in the ingredients list as it will make you gain weight and get wider muscles everywhere, not ideal for long distance running.
and... no food in the house. just water and shake mix. shop by the day, no need to stockpile food youre gonna binge eat when youre high or cant sleep. force yourself to go to 7-11 and get that hershey bar, but dont have them up in your cabinet if you know youre a sugar addict. thats all for diet stuff
if youre butt naked in front of camera for living and live in a house with wall mirrors you cant help but correct flaws. some folks just need to proper motivation or outside criticisms. around 2008 i was 300+ lbs its amazing how sugar just makes fat stick to you like a magnet its really that bad.
