I eat most of the time organic food, but when I don't is due to traveling. Never used anabolics in my life. Supplements: protein isolate, creatine & vitamins.
No carb diet 4 days a week (16-18 hours fast those days), low-carb diet 3 days a week. High fat and protein diet 7 days/week.
I dont drink alcohol but when I do its gin & tonic.
