1. I see so many people moving their Red videos to ad share. This seems very hasty. Sheer is one thing as you are selling your content to people paying for porn. Moving full videos to ad share is simply re-enforcing the old system. The surfer is now learning he can get off for free again. The ad networks know that the people watching free full videos might be paying customers and the tube can pay a % of the ad which I am sure is a hell of a lot less then the % of the premium view. I don’t know because they are very unclear about these numbers. The tubes crushed the pay for porn model. Now the people selling porn are escorting themselves to the gallows, greasing the guillotine and pulling the cord themselves. I assume guillotines need grease, do they? My suggestion, hold off and see what plays out.

2. I would love to be a fly on the wall in their meetings. Have they learned that in this adult fish tank a healthy ecosystem is key to longevity?
