Respectfully stated, its clear that English is not your primary language (mother tongue). The choice of several words and expressions gives the impression that you are an uneducated little hustler from the hood (neighborhood ghetto).

Chatter services are needed. As the primary language of most clients is English, be sure that your outsourced team of "chatters" are an appropriate match for the model they represent and the money clients they are engaging.
