No, this is the gif that I use every time he says something that I think sounds angry and stupid, and / or when it backfires.
If you watch the GIF, the beardy-guy is obviously mad, shaking his fist and yelling about some damn thing or another. Then when meets reality (the pole) and smacks himself in the head ("DOINK!), the guy still keeps ranting, even getting closer to the car, seemingly yelling louder, and threatening some violence. He hasn't learned his lesson.
To me this is pure Baddog. it is the perfect meme to describe him. It helps that the guy also looks like Baddog thanks to the grey beard.
Nothing to do with his age.
