True. I have used that gif and insulted him with words. I never hurled a racial slur at him. But if insults became against the rules and I wanted to remain one of GFY's most favorite users (Hey!) I would stop.

Correct. And Baddog shouldn't have done that. He could have argued his point or dug up any other, more clever way to insult him, but he didn't. Baddog sunk so low tha the had to break one of the very few rules on GFY in the weakest attempt possible to try to make a point, and it backfired, rightly so.

You do realize he has pictures of himself with confederate flags on his Facebook page, don't you? If he has that, and he uses racial slurs where they are not allowed, and he refuses to apologise for using a racial slur, then why wouldn't he be conisdered a racist?

Just because he's not smart enough to fight back or at least not smart enough not to use a racial slur shouldn't mean he should be let off the hook. He didn't even apologize for it as I mentioned...
