2. I would love to be a fly on the wall in their meetings. Have they learned that in this adult fish tank a healthy ecosystem is key to longevity? The fat fish with 80% margins is great, but if the plants are dying and the smaller fish floating their party will come to an abrupt end…again. Are they only in CYA mode or truly understanding and thinking long term.
3. Do these companies keep an outside advisory board of studios? I don’t mean the studios they own or people so in bed with them they are yes people. I mean independent paysites that could give them advice.
4. Faphouse+Sheer+Spicevids <! Xhamster+Xvideos+Pornhub (remember the alligator eats the bigger number) And that equation will never shift again, time to act accordingly.
5. I am not anti-tube. I just want to make great content to sell. I want my financial success to be based on the quality of my product and business management, not others mismanagement. I want to be appreciated by my customers, affiliates and the platforms that distribute it. I want a healthy porn economy. This is ADULT ENTERTAINMENT for fucks sake. Entertain me! It is frustrating to watch these train wrecks in slow motion and the disorganized half-hearted responses. These companies aren’t Microsoft, but their crisis management is pathetic. Billie and I could do better in two hours on GFY. And I mean that.

Being a fellow paysite owner (going on 15 years now wow!) I understand your points. My thoughts on them:
1. I agree. Crypto helps, and XVideos may have European-based alternatives that could absorb some of the changes. Best to wait and see how everything shakes out.
2. Most companies, in and out of adult, worry about their own survival first and the 'ecosystem' last. Google, Uber, Netflix, Microsoft - none of these companies give a flying diddly fuck about anyone but themselves. So I do not even factor in 'the ecosystem'.
3. Most of the still-operating (shooting new content) studios are either small mom & pop shops (or would that be STEPmom & pops?) or big established brands that have either been bought by the tubes or have shared content creation deals. I'm not sure the tubes would even be interested in feedback but I agree they should! Especially when it comes to their Content Partner Programs.
4. Never say never. Dominoes still have to fall, the dust has to settle, markets change, regulations change...let's wait and see.
5. Well I want the same things as you do - but I also want Julia Roberts to wrap her big fat lips around my teeny weeny weiner. So far, no luck. LOL Seriously tho, when it comes to another company's platform it's important to remember that you (or we) do not have control over how they do their business or run their operations.
Conclusion: Always treat the revenue you are making as fleeting, stay forever on your toes, look for additional revenue streams, traffic sources, etc. Don't get lazy and rely on a single website or two for your entire business. That's what models do for fuck's sake.
