It seems like the hurdles and costs of balance are not worth it. To me, It seems anything bipedal robot could do, can be done better with a quardruped robot.
Thoughts?

It all comes down to effeciency, size, optimization, etc.
A 2 legged robot might be useful for some things but balance and stabalization requires more resources than a 4 legged robot. It also depends on what they were designed to do.
A quadruped robot would ahve a lower center of gravity and is usually more stable than a bipedal robot. This makes them well-suited for navigating rough terrain and uneven surfaces, such as in search Band rescue missions or exploration of disaster zones. They can carry more stuff too. Bidedal robots are more efficient at walking and running on flat surfaces and can often move faster than four-legged robots.
When it comes to sex robots, what you ultimately want is a bipdeal robot that can go on all 4s for some doggy-style fun. If you smash a quadruped, your friends will think you're weird.
