That is a great point. I was recently in an Adult Industry Exec meetup that was full of great people on the content side who all care about these issues and are doing their best to act on them. But I did realize that looking around the room that beyond me and my partner there was only one or two other people that had actually spent more than 100 hours on set, either behind or directing a camera. In short that while they were pro content and pro performer they really hadn't been in the shit.
