The press release in the financial times emphasizes that the former owners do not maintain any stake or control over the company.
It is possible that they keep stake on the equity firm.
Equity firm with the same name has a facebook page with 3 followers that made a post in 2020 on facebook looking to buy businesses with a turnover of between 1 and 5 million.
