What was $1800 a month in 2010 went to $2600 a month around 2019 and is now $3400 in 2023.
But... I'm seeing prices in rentals and homes for sale going down. A lot. Predicting they will drop dramatically in the next 6 to 8 months. Bad time to change houses right now. Wait and you will be rewarded.
Food. What used to be $80 a few years ago is now $105 or more. Hotel rooms went up a good amount.
But you have to get out and enjoy yourself.
