Some people don't like porn, so if they can get an easy win by altering the reality, i can indeed consider that's what they may do...
Also this "Swiss" guy seems to be in jail in this report, but i checked his wiki and no mention of a sentence. (I know that some real actors were indeed jailed, but i don't think him)
