I'll sum up in nice simple easy to understand explanation why VR is not more popular. IT'S FUCKING STUPID !!
I've learned a long time ago that when nerds go full retard and drool over a piece of technology it's normally rejected by the mainstream public. At best it becomes a niche for a while but long term it ends up in a flea market bargain bin with the 1970s pocket fishing pole.
