Well yeah, there shouldn't be any possible legal problem there, but doesn't the AI need more than a few consenting models to learn from, even if it is only going to generate pics of one (consenting) individual?
For example, if Model A wants to create AI pics of herself having anal sex (because she doesn't actually want to shoot that in real life). Surely the AI will still have to learn from images of real models having anal sex?
