Today after a 15-day waiting period my transfer was rejected with the reason "According to the internal policy of the bank".
But I don't understand the bank's policy of not allowing my wire to be processed, because in true the bank's policy is one to transfer money.

I would like more transparency from Paxum what's stopping them from doing it. At least a reference to specific points of the "bank policy" and advice on how I can fix it if the problem on my side.

I live in deep Africa, and wire transfers are the only way to get money.
