Part of the application process was to upload a simple video and photos. Most of them were too lazy to create a simple 15 second video or to upload a simple photo. They simply wrote 1 sentence about themselves then submitted their application. The application take less than 5 minutes but they were too lazy to do more than 10 seconds of work.
