Not every futuristic technology will be useful IRL. This one may have its fans, of course, but certainly not many. Remember when you were a kid and dreamed of those spy radios in watches? Now imagine an idiot on the street talking with... his arm.
Or all those StarTrack video phones. How often do you use your mobile to make video calls? Maybe I'm too old for this shit, but 99.9% of the time I use it to make a phone call or send a text message.
The same goes for sex robots. The AI is a cool thing and I can spend hours in ChatGPT, but I need it to work as a secretary, as a junior coder, as a copywriter, and I use it as a quick source of information.
Why does a sex doll need a brain? Does it (the brain) have any use in a biological process like sex? It's like a talking Japanese toilet. Personally, I used to talk with it (to be correct, I roared in it) when I was young and drunk too much vodka, which wanted to break free...
