I understand wanting someone's ID and I can understand wanting banking codes. But anything more is just imposed bureaucratic bullshit from cowardly pussies who are afraid that one day the big bad police man might knock on their doors. They don't want to be held responsible for what they publish so they want to make sure they can point a finger at someone else.
