PRO TIP: Dont forget to file the D.N.A. (Did Not Arrive) complaint immediately. The second I got the email saying it had been delivered, I immediately raised hell with Amazon support, screaming and swearing and calling them every name under the sun, demanding that I get another phone sent out as the delivery guy has obviously stolen it etc, and get so wound up that they tell you a 'Higher up' will call you back !
That's both because they cant deal with your attitude, and they think it will give you time to cool down. I expect a call from the higher up in about an hour... I'll use that hour to ramp myself up to 11, and the poor bastard wont know whats hit him !
This isn't my first rodeo of course, and I know that I'll ge given another hour to cool down, before I get a call from the boss of the last guy...
When he comes through, I'll be as calm as a millpond... I'll calmly state that my phone has not arrived, and I want another one sent out NOW. He cant authorize that of course, but I'll stay calm, and like a broken record, all he will get is 'Send me another phone'
Like I said, I know he cant do that, but what he can (and eventually will do, once he has been worn down enough) is to offer me a refund...
And that, my friends, is how you get a free Pixel 7 Pro, when U cunt a4d nuffiun...
