With regards to your friend, if they're withdrawing to a USA bank then it's entirely possible they simply need to update their banking information as we need Domestic USA ABA instead of international ABA. I'd be happy to look into the situation for your friend as well if needed. Or they can reach out to our support team directly for assistance via
