I originally rented BMW5 but had to switch it for Merc 300 E due to so many scratches and nicks that my count never been the same when I was trying taking pictures of them.

Worst car hire agency I've ever dealt with.
I booked a car online at the Munich Hilton depot. When I arrived to collect the car, the very unhelpful agent told me Sixt had cancelled my booking with a shrug of his shoulders. There was no email, no explanation, just a couldn't care less attitude. The worst car hire company I have ever experienced, with appalling customer service.

SIXT scam…
We rented a car in francfurt Germany me and my wife and a friend, on the car there were several scratches more than 10. on the document we did not pay attention they just mentioned 10. after two days we returned the car to an agency in KOLN and the reception confirmed that the scratches are old. after three weeks they sent a letter with a request for 4000 euros, they say that there are two new scratches on the car!!! and after several exchanges with them which lasted more than 4 months. today they sent me a threatening letter that they will hire a lawyer to recover the 4000 euros!! Please what do you think I should do. ??
