Are there any affiliate programs these days that provide email signups on PPL where you can put the signup form on your sites directly? That way I can promote things without worrying about cookies or ad blockers etc.
Last one like that that I remember is WEG cash, tho, I think. CB should add the same thing, same company-ish..
