If it was me, the front page would have pics of all the models available, and let people sort by new, recent logged on, by country and so on.
then you click and it takes you to that persons page
i think you are making a mistake as if your a female or identify as female then you have lost them as a customers
just add a performer link at the bottom of the page
also i would not exclude male performers
but the big problem is you need to go on the site and know ot is a webcam site as it is not clear
