More than anything, I use Chat GPT for drafting, outlining and research. However, the final draft is always vastly different from the AI's initial version. At the same time, I also use Grammarly for language refinement, editing and proofreading. This program is great for word choice, sentence structure, grammar, and style suggestions. It's far from perfect, but it has definitely changed the way I write to the point where I could no longer imagine writing without software like Grammarly.

I guess ChatGPT does help us jumpstart our ideas sometimes, doesn't it? Though just like you said, it helps to give you a basic framework - and since it 'studies' the data that we feed them, sometimes it can only give you a general idea of the initial concept - and we need to fill in the blanks with our creativity and our personality which is exciting! AI tools if used well can help unleash our creativity
And I think it's common with the AI models these days that there may be some errors in the details and imperfections and still need much fine-tuning to achieve the desired outputs - after all it's machine 'learning' and the engineers who improve the models are learning constantly too! I look forward to seeing how far we can go, don't you?
