I was talking about mulporn.net as you linked it originally - Now I can guess that its a misspelling based URL based upon multporn.

just type whois.sc followed by a forward slash and then the url you want - So in this case you would type whois.sc/multporn.net
From the page that appears you will find this link for admin email - Admin Email:
https://www.name.com/contact-domain-whois/multporn.net Which takes you to a form that you fill in to send a message.
