Like WiredGuy said, they index very little. I have an older site with over 20,000 pages that only has 44 indexed. If I search my exact site + the name of one of my pages then I will get that page. So it seems most of pages are not indexed when I try a site:domain.com but then if I search the domain + a page name it seems that much of my site is.
I still feel that they are trying hard to show mainstream results for adult terms.
