Binance will leave Holland in 2 weeks. The Dutch National Bank didin't give them a license.
All Dutch customers get mails by Binance that all positions will be stopped. Only can transfer coins/money out.
I used Bittrex also, but they went bancrupt.
Maybe look at Bitvavo to get coins for euro's. They have DNB license and are Dutch.
Many Dutch people are now looking for alternatives.
