Who Are the Worst Content Thiefs?
There's a lot of talk here about piracy and it's a horrible issue for our industry.
And it's not going away unfortunately.
What I'd like to know is, what websites are the worst content thief's?
Obviously the torrents. That's a big duh.
Most of the big tubes have either gone legitimate or claim to be. And let's face it, many of the companies in our space and creators use them for both promotion and monetization.
There's a revenue line for many of them on almost all of our deals now.
But what sites continue to deal in pirated content that we should know about?
It has been brought up before that supposedly legitimate traffic companies sell traffic from these sites.
So who are the worst offenders?
Who do you find yourself sending the most DMCA takedown notices to and who is ignoring them?
