What more details could there have possibly been? It all went down in a few hours of the one night he met her, right?
Why it's wrong to presume guilt in dismissed Kobe Bryant sex assault case
https://www.sheboyganpress.com/story...ff/4623217002/
Bryant made no admission of guilt. To the contrary, Bryant maintained his innocence and indicated the sex was consensual. Bryant did acknowledge that the accuser may have viewed the incident differently than he did and Bryant said he understood “how she feels” about the consent issue.
In 2003, Bryant was accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Colorado. On June 30, 2003, Bryant checked into a Colorado hotel. Bryant was in Colorado for a knee operation. Bryant asked a female concierge to give him a private tour of the property. The woman did so, and Bryant invited her into his room.
The woman went into Bryant’s room and both Bryant and the woman said they began kissing and then had sex. The woman said the sex was not consensual and Bryant maintained it was consensual sex.
Bryant was initially charged with sexual assault and false imprisonment.
Prosecutors, however, dismissed the case before the trial and indicated the accuser was unwilling to testify.
