I didn't get that from the movie, I feel like it showed that the Barbie world was not a utopia at all, Ken didn't even have a house and existed to serve the Barbies, yet in the real world, women were stuck in roles like Moms and weren't all doctors, presidents, or astronauts, but they still found purpose.
Remember, in the Barbie world, the pregnant barbie was the outcast.
Poor Ken wasn't jack shit in the "real world" because all he was good at was beach. I took that personally as all I am good at is making silly art and uploading porn!
When they go back to the Barbie world, the women then conspire to manipulate to turn the men against each other as well, and the men are sucessfully conned. It truly does take swipes at feminism and the false idea of a female utopia, while showing that the real world isn't all that bad. Sure it has some "sexual harassment" and angry teen girls that hate on Barbie, but the balance of the "real world" is shown in a good light compared to the imperfect utopia that keeps women permanently juvenile and men as subservient objects trying to get female attention.
It is a great film just based on the fact that people can watch it and see totally different themes.
